Supporting staff to provide high quality, compassionate end of life care for people with dementia


Produced with funding 
support from the Department of Health, NCPC will be running 13 full day workshops across the West Midlands. 

The overall aim of these workshops is improving co-ordinated, compassionate and person centered care for people with dementia at and towards the end of life.

These workshops are aimed at supporting staff who work in care homes including community health and social care staff.

Places are funded and limited to 20 per workshop given on a  first-come, first-served basis.

*Please note a compulsory requirement of attending is the completion of two online questionnaires 1 & 3 months after the workshop.
