Education at St Christopher’s Hospice

The Education Centre is at the heart of St Christopher’s mission to promote and provide hospice care of the highest standards to all those in need. We achieve this with direct patient services, education and training for others and comprehensive research into the needs of patients, their families, friends and carers. We have an extensive library and bookshop.

The Third Sector and the White Paper

Regional Voices will be hosting events in 9 locations across the country for the third sector. These will give you the opportunity to learn more about the proposed changes through the White Paper as well as having the chance to attend three interactive consultation workshops during the day to discuss issues in depth and to provide feedback directly to those leading on the consultations from the Department of Health. Education at Princess Alice Hospice

Princess Alice Hospice offers multi-disciplinary courses to support professionals to develop their knowledge, learn new skills, and improve care for patients and their families. All course details and application forms are available on our website at http://www.pah.org.uk/training/courses/.

If you can’t quite find what you are looking for, do contact us. Also, our education team also offer bespoke courses and programmes to meet the needs of health and social care organisations or particular staff groups. Bespoke sessions can be held at your organisation or at the Princess Alice Hospice Education Centre, in Esher, Surrey. Our Education Team draws on a range of clinical and educational expertise. They are supported by expert practitioners from within our Hospice and associated partner organisations.
