Latest edition of 'Planning For Your Future Care' guidance published

The latest edition of popular guidance, Planning For Your Future Care, has been published and is now available to purchase. The guide was originally published in 2009 with the National End of Life Care Programme, the Dying Matters coalition and the University of Nottingham, and revised in 2012. This new edition, which has been updated and revised for 2014, serves as an easy-to-read introduction to advance care planning.
Changes to data and intelligence in palliative care

NHS publishes new Five Year Forward View

The new NHS Five Year Forward View has been published and sets out a vision for the future of the NHS. It has been developed by the partner organisations that deliver and oversee health and care services including NHS England, Public Health England, Monitor, Health Education England, the Care Quality Commission and the NHS Trust Development Authority.
