Acclaimed drama Homeward Bound comes to DVD

The acclaimed drama Homeward Bound has been released on DVD. The play, based on the true story of Seth and Lesley Goodburn, was written and developed in 2016 by Brian Daniels and the National Council for Palliative Care to help improve end of life care.

A new social media campaign aims to help people take advantage of electronic record sharing for end of life care. “Know About Me” will be launched by the National Council for Palliative Care on Monday 20 March and run for four weeks. The campaign was commissioned by NHS England.
