How do staff and people with personal experience work together

It is a dialogue of equals, each bringing different experience. We support both staff and people with personal experience so that they feel able to contribute.

How is NCPC funded?

NCPC is mainly funded by grants and project funding from statutory and voluntary bodies, and income generated by our subscriptions, publications, events and training. We also receive donations from the public, for which we are very grateful. Click here to donate now.

What do we hope to achieve in the future?

  • For people with personal experience to have a real say in how end of life care is planned and delivered.
  • For everyone to receive good end of life care
  • For people to be able to talk more easily about death, dying and bereavement
