Understanding the Palliative Care Needs of People with Dementia:

Working in Partnership

19th October 2006 and 18th January 2007, London

NCPC has run two hugely successful events with delegates from all over the country and from all sectors of health and social care, including a large number from care homes. The aim of the days was to address palliative care for those with dementia by exploring its significance as a co-morbidity throughout all disease areas, the level of palliative care need for those with dementia, some of the specific challenges of addressing those needs and to showcase current good practice.
