Involvement to Impact Awards 2008

The second annual Involvement to Impact Awards hosted by the NHS Centre for Involvement are now accepting submission entries. The Awards will showcase and recognise the high quality work that is being done to involve patients and the public in decision making and service development in health and social care. The focus of these Awards is to demonstrate how staff and organisations have worked with patients and the public as equal partners and how this involvement has impacted on health and social care service planning, design and evaluation.

We welcome entries from all NHS, voluntary, community and social care organisations that are working to improve health services through involving patients, service users, carers, community groups and the public.

The awards will be judged by an independent panel of judges who are recognised experts in PPI.

Shortlisted entrants will be invited to attend the awards dinner on the evening of Tuesday 25 November 2008 at the International Conference Centre, Birmingham, following the NHS Centre for Involvement’s conference.

To enter the Awards, you will need to either register here or sign in here using your username and password. Palliative and End of Life Care fall into the “Specialist Services” category.
