Who should subscribe?

An annual subscription to NCPC benefits all those supporting improved palliative and end of life care, including:

• Voluntary Hospices

• Health, housing and social care charities

• Strategic Health Authorities

• NHS Trusts, their palliative care teams and other specialist teams (e.g. CHD, dementia, older people)

• Primary Care Trusts – commissioners and providers

• Cancer, Cardiac and other Critical Care Networks

• Care Homes

• Social Services

• Acamedic bodies and students

• All those supporting people at the end of life
