Publications Orders - Terms and Conditions

Payment

Publications will be despatched upon receipt of payment. If payment is not included with your order, we will send you an invoice for the full amount.

Cheques should be made payable to NCPC.

To pay by BACS, please use account number 00012912 and sort code 40-52-40. Please send remittance advice and use order number as the BACS reference.

Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of their receipt, but please allow 14 days for delivery. Orders are sent by standard UK 2nd Class post unless otherwise requested. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to ensure you receive it in time.

If two or more publications are ordered together, we will normally send these out at the same time. This may occasionally result in a small delay if one publication is not immediately available. If this is the case, we will advise you by telephone or email.

Prices

We reserve the right to alter the price of any publication without prior notification. If this applies to a book you have ordered, you will be notified by telephone or email and given the option of cancelling your order.

Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices and descriptions shown on our website are accurate, we reserve the right to amend these if errors are discovered. If your order is affected you will be notified by telephone or email.

Cancellation and Returns

Orders may be cancelled at any time up until 7 days after delivery. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to refund postage and packaging costs. Contact the publications department on 020 7697 1520 or publications@ncpc.org.uk.

Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full, and any inaccuracies in the order will be rectified as soon as possible.
