Payment by Results

The Expert Working Group (EWG) for Specialist Palliative Care completed its development of HRGs in January 2006.  Its recommendations have been approved by the Department of Health’s PbR team but they will not be regarded as final until after a period of consultation and subsequent approval.  At this stage there are no outstanding issues related to the specialist palliative care HRGs which the EWG needs to address.
