NCPC is a registered charity. Its Board of Trustees meets four times per year to provide strategic direction and stewardship of resources. In addition an Annual General Meeting is held every September which is attended by NCPC's members, who are drawn from the original founders of NCPC, largely professional bodies and major national charities, and the Area and Country Representatives who are elected by subscribers. NCPC is also a company limited by guarantee.
