Beyond the End of Life Care Strategy:
Turning Policy into Practice

19th March 2009
Regent College Conference Centre,
London

Beyond the End of Life Care Strategy

The End of Life Care Strategy was published in July 2008 recognising the need for good quality, coordinated end of life care. This conference took national policy and looked at established, innovative examples of implementation across health and social care. It gave delegates an opportunity to discuss specific difficulties and come up with practical solutions.
